Goal: open command prompt in a folder

1. By mouse right click
– open the folder in the windows explorer
– hold the shift + right click – in the context menu you will see a new option: Open command window here [ or in windows 10 Open PowerShell window here ]

2. type cmd command
– open the folder in the windows explorer
– type cmd in the address bar + hit ENTER
